Evergreen Beachside Vacation Rentals

"My wife, Shari, and I have stayed her many times and absolutely love it! We are only a few feet from the water and the view is outstanding. The efficiency studio is perfect for our needs with a mini-fridge, toaster, microwave and coffee maker. These are large rooms and we have stayed there as long as 12 days!! The gas grill gives us the opportunity to cook some meals. Shelley and John, the owners, could not be more helpful and fun! If you are looking for deluxe accommodations, this is not it but it is charming and reminiscent of days gone by."

"Nice tiny quiet place to stay right on the water. Super clean. Nothing fancy but homey and beachy."

"Spoke to the owners on the dock, super friendly, what a great location right on the water!"
