On Scene RV Service LLC

"Checked in on Sunday afternoon and our A/C was not working (90+ outside temp). Called Don and left a message which he returned quickly. He said he could be at our site around 2pm on Monday. He did come at 2pm as promised and by 2:30 our A/C was working again. Great response and customer service. If in Door County and need an RV tech, I highly recommend Don and On Scene Service. Thanks Don."

"On Scene RV Service LLC came highly recommended to me for a rack and pinion slide adjustment on my travel trailer, and they absolutely lived up to the recommendation. From the moment I contacted them, they were responsive, professional, and extremely thorough throughout the entire process. Their knowledge and expertise were immediately evident—they quickly identified the issue and knew exactly how to address it. The adjustment made a significant improvement, and everything is operating much better now. I truly appreciate their excellent service and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to contact On Scene RV Service LLC again for any future RV service needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable RV repair service."

"We had a fantastic experience with On Scene RV Service while camping in Bailey’s Harbor! We contacted them a couple weeks before the trip about a propane line we needed repaired. They were very attentive in helping us get the information they needed from Jayco. Then when we were heading up to WI, our power tongue jack and fridge both didn’t have power. They were able to replace our propane line and the in-line fuse operating the other items. They arrived on time and completed all repairs in a very timely manner. We will definitely use their services again when we are in the area."
