"Peaceful and quiet hotel. Relaxed vibe. Very friendly and helpful staff- Deanna is a gem :) and her muscles are inspiring! Beautiful well kept sand beach.Dog friendly. Warm pool and hot tub. Comfy bed and linens- however, the room wasn’t as clean as it should be- dusty window treatments, dirty toaster, peeling wallpaper and mold in the bathroom. The tap water is smelly so bring your own. Trickle of water pressure in shower. Windows missing turn cranks. Also, they charge for wood to use in the advertised fire pit- felt petty after paying for the minimum three day stay. This place could be AMAZING with some polishing."

"Our group has been coming here for four years, to sail our little boats and (mostly) sit around and talk. The resort has a wonderful, expertly-maintained beach and indoor and outdoor gathering places. The staff is professional and welcoming."
