Pioneer Acres Cottages

"Such a beautiful place to stay! Our cabin was clean and well taken care of. Dean and Kristin are friendly, accommodating and treat you like family. Located in a quit relaxed setting but still just steps away from downtown Ephraim. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we could need for our trip, they even stock your cabin with their fresh roasted homemade coffee and filters(grandslam)! We will never stay anywhere else in DC and are already planning another trip! Thank you Kristin,Dean & Family. Hope to see you in the Fall!"

"We've been coming for 5 years and Wren is our favorite cottage. A gorgeous natural setting and more private than a campsite. We love Wren. It's homey and rustic with all the amenities we need including comfy mattress and screened porch. Kay does a beautiful job with the flowers and all the cleaning. Kay and Paul are both gracious hosts and fun to talk to. We appreciate all their hard work and look forward to next year!"

"Been coming here for 30 years or more. It’s a family run business. First with our young son now with our son and his family. It’s our happy place. It’s very rustic and simple. We are always in the 3 bed 2 bath timber framed house. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. The negative reviews need to stay in chain hotels not here."
