JRR Apartments

"These new units are spacious and nice as affordable, available rentals are slim up here. We live downstairs and upstairs neighbors, as expected, can easily be heard. The washer/dryer units are fabulous and work extremely well. We have plenty of room. The big downside for us is the water quality. At times it smells awful. I'd recommend utilizing a water filtering system for drinking. The kids who live here don't have many outdoor options for passing their time, so a play area or pavilion for gatherings would be a nice addition to the property and increase morale. A one-stall garage space is also included."

"It’s really amazing how our little BP has blossomed into storage units, and soon apartments !!! Great job Parv and Renu. I think this will be a great benefit to the folks in Egg Harbor. Can’t wait to see the finished building😊😊😊"
