"Went there for an initial visit with my son. The staff was patient and friendly. I love that they explained everything while showing you the films that they were talking about. While I was there a heated client came in demanding to speak to a manager. One of the ladies at the front desk was able to deescalate the situation quickly, calmly and get the client a resolution to her issue quickly. It was such a nice refresher to see an office handle things so smoothly and professionally."

"The orthrodontist side is great. I don't recommend going for just regular dentistry, they always overbook and there's always a long wait. I use them for my son's braces and it's been a good experience so far. However this time around Dr. Colleen didn't even speak to me or acknowledge me...I felt that was rude considering I'm the parent and the one paying. I expect a higher level of professionalism.
